This is very clever :p I actually need to work on this aspect more. With most of your videos I already know what you're saying or in other words...I resonate and I do it already on some level. But for this video I'm like..."Oh ok this is completely new to me." People are cool lol I only realized that recently like from the time I started LOA, meditation, etc. I enjoy connecting with people now. I won't say I'm amazing at it but I'm waaaay better than before. I still want to be able to appreciate each individual and withhold judgement and feel completely relaxed in any social environment instead of being on guard, I guess it's a process. I had a lot of anger and fear toward people and hence was extremely suspicious of everyone. Now after LOA I have friends that are so sweet and supportive and always there for me. I'm always invited to social gatherings. And...I dunno, I guess I can look back at my past and realize that I created all the social turmoil as a result of viewing people from a very negative light. I'm not blaming myself for it coz I was traumatized but at least now I can see that if everyone around you is the problem then YOU'RE probably the problem 😄 but I have nothing but love for everyone now. Pain leads to growth and I theorized that I have a leg up coz I've really been through it, so now I can use all the stones that were thrown at me to build a mansion :p
